Custom Candle Pouring in Vintage Glass Experience - February 14, 2025

This event sure smells like a good time! Become a Candle Chandler for an evening and experience the creativity of hand pouring your very own candle. Our host, Taylor of Nitwick's Candles, will take you step by step through the candle making process where you'll begin with selecting a vessel from an assortment of colored vintage glass goblets and compotes. You’ll create your own custom scent from an array of fragrances, mix the fragrance into melted soy wax,  dream up the perfect name for your candle creation, print out a custom label, and learn about the art and safety of hand-pouring candles. Your candle will be ready to take with you by the end of the event along with a gift bag of candle-related goodies.

• What is your cancellation policy? If you register for this event and later become unable to attend, we will happily offer a credit for your registration amount to use toward any future event if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event. We are unable to offer credits or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice.

• Is there an age requirement for this event? Yes, for safety because our candle pouring event includes handling hot wax and fragrance oils, guests must be 10 years and older to participate. Anyone under 18 must have a guardian present to sign their waiver.
• Where do I park? Our store has 4 parking spaces in the attached parking lot and there is street parking along both sides of Granby St in front of our store, in front of the neighboring restaurant, and in front of the neighboring shops as well.
• Do you have a restroom? We do not have a public restroom in the store. 
• What time should I arrive? Plan to arrive any time between 5:45pm and 6:00pm to shop the store, settle in, grab a snack, and choose your vintage glass piece.
